Casa Fleming is a personal expression of vision, craftsmanship, and the standard Fleming Development holds itself to — not just for clients, but for family. Inspired by owners Robert and Marisol Fleming, this custom residence was designed in collaboration with Stockton Architects and Ocean Interiors Corp, resulting in a 4,343 sq. ft. Cabo San Lucas-style home complemented by a 1,242 sq. ft. garage. Situated in the prestigious Riviera community of Lake Havasu — one of the region's most sought-after multimillion-dollar neighborhoods — the home was designed to reflect the beauty of its surroundings while setting a new benchmark for luxury residential construction. City-approved plans. Uncompromising design. A true masterpiece in every sense of the word.

Redlands

This ground-up project in Redlands, California showcases the full breadth of Fleming Development's design and construction capabilities. The build encompassed a 1,800 sq. ft. California room and RV garage — a scope that demanded both technical precision and creative vision. Robert Fleming personally designed a floating mezzanine within the RV garage, conceived as a private speakeasy and one of the project's most distinctive architectural features. He also designed the custom patio cover, blending form and function with the same attention to detail applied throughout. Fleming Development self-performed detailed earthwork including underground utilities, stem wall foundation, and structural concrete. The project's exceptional quality earned it a feature on Pool Kings, a national television program celebrating standout residential builds.

Devore Residential Flip

Located in Devore, California, this residential flip was conceived and led by Marisol Fleming — a comprehensive transformation that left no detail overlooked. The scope of work included a full roof replacement, complete removal and replacement of attic insulation, interior and exterior paint, new flooring throughout, professional landscaping, and expert staging. The result spoke for itself: the home sold for nearly double its purchase price, a testament to the vision, execution, and standard of excellence that Fleming Development delivers on every project.

11712 Cherry Street Los Alamitos

Among Robert Fleming's most personally meaningful projects, this 8,500 sq. ft. custom residence in Los Alamitos stands as a testament to what becomes possible when a builder is given the freedom to truly collaborate. Working closely with the homeowner and architect, Robert Fleming helped bring a Disney-inspired vision to life with a level of craftsmanship and ingenuity rarely seen in residential construction. The home features a 1,200 sq. ft. mine shaft-inspired basement and a soaring 45-foot spiral staircase — designed and built by Robert Fleming himself. In a nod to the homeowner's career in banking, Fleming incorporated foreign coins directly into the polished concrete floors, creating a one-of-a-kind detail that is both personal and permanent. The backyard opens through 12-foot panoramic doors, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior living. The staircase handrails were fabricated from authentic vintage Disney train tracks, completing a home that is as storied as it is stunning.

Rancho Cucamonga Patio

Commissioned by California Pools on behalf of their client, this custom patio project in Rancho Cucamonga is a study in the balance between function and beauty. Robert Fleming and Marisol Fleming collaborated on the design from the ground up, developing a patio cover that was as purposeful as it was refined. A signature detail of the build: Robert Fleming engineered the structural beams with fully concealed internal electrical wiring, eliminating any exposed conduit and delivering a clean, finished aesthetic that elevates the entire space. The result is a timeless outdoor living environment — thoughtfully designed, expertly executed, and built to be enjoyed for generations.

This project in the Rossmoor community represents one of Fleming Development's most enduring client relationships. Serving as a trusted subcontractor to Target Construction, Fleming Development self-performed the earthwork, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and insulation — delivering each trade with the consistency and precision that defines the company's reputation. The depth of that trust is reflected in the numbers: this client has engaged Fleming Development on over 30 projects within the city of Rossmoor. This custom residential project in Cerritos, California was completed in partnership with Target Construction, a well-regarded local developer with a strong track record in Southern California. Fleming Development delivered a comprehensive scope of work spanning the full construction lifecycle — from design and planning through preconstruction services, material sourcing, site preparation, foundation, framing and shell, MEP installation, and final inspection. The breadth of services provided reflects Fleming Development's ability to function as a true end-to-end construction partner, not simply a trade contractor. The finished home commanded a strong return for the developer, a result made possible by the quality of execution and the efficiency with which Fleming Development managed each phase of the build.

Target Construction and Fleming Devlopment became great partners in developing homes in the Los Alamitos and Rossmoor area.

A residential project at 3282 Hillrose Drive in Los Alamitos, California — Fleming Development specializes in rapid ground up construction. Our specialty is staying on budget and beating the construction schedule. This was no exception to our project on Hillrose. Robert Fleming executed the earthwork and framing seemlessy. Robert Fleming is known for his problem solving skills and orchestrating the subcontractors to bring the city approved plans to lufe. This project was completed ahead of scheulde and passed every inspection in collaboration with Target Construction.
